hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Das Wohnzimmer ist dank der Fensterfront sehr hell und dazu noch schön groß. Im Badewanne im Badezimmer ist richtig schön groß. Die Küche verfügt über einen Waschmaschinen und Spülmaschinenanschluss. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein sehr gute Größe für ein Bett, Schrank und sogar einen Arbeitsplatz. Zur Wohnung gehört dann noch ein kleiner Garagenkeller, der von außen zugänglich ist. Der Garten kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Das ist mit den lieben Nachbarn auch kein Problem. Im Haus ist eine gute Nachbarschaft und man hilft sich wo man kann. Hunde sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt. Mit dem Bus 5 (alle 5 min) ist man in 10 Minuten an der U-Bahn Hohelüftbrücke oder in 25 min am Jungfernstieg.
