Zimmer liegt in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem ruhigen pankower Wohnhaus der 30er Jahre (Tram M1; Heinrich Böll Strasse). Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche im Umbauzustand (also zurzeit wohl eher viel Potential zur Gemütlichkeit 😅. Die neue Küche kommt im April/Mai) und Badezimmer inkl. Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist mit circa 11qm zwar klein aber gemütlich und auf jeden Fall groß genug für alles, was man braucht.
Ein besonderer Vorteil des Zimmers ist die ruhige und grüne Lage der Wohnung. Das Zimmer steht zurzeit leer. Kann aber noch mit einem Kleiderschrank oder ähnlichem ausgestattet werden. Sollte ich demnächst einen neuen Schrank bekommen, würde ich den aktuellen Ikea-Schrank wahrscheinlich dort reinstellen. Bett und Matratze müsstes

The bus and tram stations are reachable in about 3 to 6 minutes and the M1 is running 24/7. Best is to take the bike through the beautiful Schlosspark along a river to get to S + U Pankow, but you can also reach other stations like Schönholz very quickly.|WG-Leben:We mostly communicate in english or german.

It‘s a very green area and there are a lot of parks around. The botanical garden Pankow is just a stone’s throw away.
There are plenty of shops aroound like Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Norma, Netto, Penny and Denn‘a Biomarkt.
Very nice is that you will come home easily at night, even under the week (M1).
You will find several bus and tram stations around, that you can reach in 3 to 6 minutes, but I recommend to take the bike to S&U Pankow or another S-Bahn or U-Bahn station nearby (ca. 8-12 minutes). For students that study at HU (except Adlershof) it's quit
