Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, (Einbau-) Küche, Duschbad mit Waschmaschinenanschluss sowie ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Sie ist nach hinten in den Hof und daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt eigene Fahrradstellplätze und einen Kellerraum. Wegen der tollen Nachbarschaft und dem wirklich mehr als fairen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fällt es mir schwer, sie aufzugeben. Als Tausch suchen wir eine ruhige 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Uhlenhorst/Winterhude/Eppendorf.
