Es gibt einen Garten zu dem wir Zugang haben mit einer Terrasse direkt am Küchenfenster. Dieser läd zum verweilen, brunchen und Tischtennis spielen ein ( ja wir haben eine Platte direkt hier im Garten ;)
Ein Teil der Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und über eine Treppe erreichbar. Der Plan ist es das Zimmer neben der Küche, was derzeit noch mein Zimmer ist, zu einem Wohn/Esszimmer umzugestalten, welches dann als gemeinsames Aufenthaltszimmer genutzt werden kann. Außerdem wird es noch ein zweites Bad geben, damit wir auch mal gleichzeitig in den Tag starten können:)
Dieser eine Teil braucht tatkräftige Unterstützung um die jeweils zu beziehenden Zimmer zu Renovieren, damit sie zu altem

Generell liebe ich Natur, deshalb sind sehr viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung und glücklicherweise ist direkt gegenüber ein schöner Park mit Aussichtspunkt (Humboldthain)!
Die Wohnung ist wie gesagt sehr grün und

auch stilvoll eingerichtet. In Berlin ist Wohnraum knapp, deshalb muss man manchmal kreativ werden...das macht den Charm aber auch aus!
Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in meiner Wohnung und hoffe du hast hier auch eine schöne Zeit!
Man kann Wäsche waschen und natürlich die Küche ganz normal mit nutzen.
Wenn ich gerade Zeit habe bzw. nicht da bin, kannst du dich auch in meinem Zimmer aufhalten.
Das Bad ist recht frisch renoviert.
Also wenn du Lust auf Berlin hast oder übergangsweise etwas brauchst...dann schreib mir einfach kurz wann du Zeit hast zu telefonieren/skypen ich mach mir gerne möglichst "persönlich" ein Bild von Menschen, wenn du in Berlin bist lass gerne auf ein Kaffee/Bierchen treffen :)
