Was ist funktionales Wohnen bei uns?:)
Funktionales Wohnen, bedeutet dass niemand hier ein eigenes Zimmer hat. Stattdessen haben alle Zimmer eine Funktion. Dabei haben wir darauf geachtet, dass es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt, wie z.B. im Rückzugsraum, oder auch im Bastelraum. Wenn du für dich sein möchtest kannst du dorthingehen. Um Privatsphäre sicherzustellen soll es an den Rückzugsräumen Türschilder geben, die z.B. auf "bitte nicht stören" gestellt werden können.

Mein Haus hat 5 Zimmer mit insgesamt 150qm Wohnfläche und einer Grundfläche von 720qm mit einem gut gepflegten Garten, den Ihr natürlich mit benutzen könnt.
Das Zimmer hat einen separaten Balkonzugang. Ihr teilt euch den Balkon mit dem anderen bereits vorhandenem WG Mitbewohner.
Mit dem Auto seid ihr in 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten bei der Leuphana.
Alle Gemeinschaftsräume wie separate Wohnküche, großes Bad mit Doppelbadewanne und Dusche, Balkon, Terrasse, Garten werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Mein kleiner Hund "Spencer", ein allerliebster Dackel/Pinschermischling (7kg), ist ebenso ein Bewohner des Hauses.
