Es gibt Fußbodenheizung, Parkettboden, Waschmaschine, Internet, Spülmaschine, Fahrradkeller etc.
Gegenüber findet im Sommer das Kreuzberger Freiluftkino statt, Tischtennisplatten gibt’s und vieles zum fußläufigem Erkunden in Richtung Spree oder Paul Linke Ufer und Oranienstraße.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber schön, hell und möbliert (Bett, kleine Regale, kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kleiderstange).
