Uns ist ein angenehmes und offenes Miteinander wichtig und ein gewisses Engagement innerhalb der Wg. Ein rücksichtsvoller und freundschaftlicher Umgang miteinander sollte gewünscht sein. Also keine Zweck-Wg :)

Kochen ist einer meiner Leidenschaften, und ich freue mich immer, neue Rezepte auszuprobieren und gemeinsam leckere Mahlzeiten zu zaubern. Bei einem guten Glas Wein bin ich jederzeit für einen gemütlichen Plausch oder tiefsinnige Gespräche zu haben.
Münchens kulturelles Leben begeistert mich – von Museumsbesuchen über Theateraufführungen bis hin zu Konzerten, ich bin gerne überall dabei.
Dein Zimmer ist 12m² groß, hell und gemütlich. Die Miete beträgt 650€ inkl. Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Flaucher sind es mit dem Rad 10min, die Stadt erreichst du mit der U2 ab Giesing oder mit der S-Bahn.
