unter. Dieses erfolgt befristet während eines studienbedingten Auslandsaufenthaltes. Das Wg-Zimmer befindet sich in einem gemütlichen Altbau und ist voll möbliert. Es ist also alles da - Möbel sind nicht mitzubringen - einfach einziehen. Bad, Wc und Küche zu deiner Verfügung. Ich erwarte, dass du mit allen Dingen ordentlich umgehst und du auch weißt, was Sauberkeit bedeutet. Das ist hier auch im Miteinander ein nicht unwesentlicher Faktor.

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit Aufzug, hat ein südlicher, überdachter Balkon, der über die Breite der Wohnung läuft und ist insgesamt sehr hell durch große Fenster im Richtung Süden. Es ist ein Kellerabteil vorhanden.

Das Zimmer hat ca. 15m², eigenen Zugang zum Balkon und ist möbliert. Zum Ausstatung zählen ein sehr geräumiges Kleiderschrank mit eingebautem Bett (120x180cm, siehe Bilder), ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und eine Lampe mit Deckenfluter.
Die Matratze für das Bett kommt noch im Laufe der Woche, dann wäre das Zimmer prinzipiell bezugsfrei.|WG-Leben:Ich habe über die letzten Jahre ziemlich viel WG-Erfahrung gesammelt, die ziemlich positiv war, daher würde ich mich darüber freuen, wenn es keine Zweck-WG wäre.
Ich bin in der Wohnung relativ frisch eingezogen, deswegen kann ich noch nicht viel über das WG-Leben sagen - es wäre mir recht, wenn man nach einem langen Tag, manchmal abends gemütlich zusammen kochen konnte oder ein Bierchen auf dem Balkon
