Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen, aber doch recht zentralen Stadtteil Anderten. Mit der Straßenbahn-Linie 5 ist man in ca. 20 Minuten direkt in der Innenstadt (mit dem Fahrrad durch den Tiergarten und der Eilenriede aber auch), oder mit der S-Bahn in ca.5 Minuten direkt am HBF Hannover (Flughafen Bahn). Anderten bietet alles, was man im Alltag braucht: Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ein Eiscafé und vieles mehr. Sportvereine und ein Fitnessstudio sind auch nicht allzu weit entfernt. Wer es grün mag, ... der Tiergarten und der Kronsberg sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein authentischer, geselliger und schöner Stadtteil.
